Citrus Bowl - Customer Case Study

Citrus Bowl, the Orlando sports and entertainment venue, needed a major AV overhaul as part of a 10-month stadium renovation affecting more than 90% of the facility. To keep hosting major events on schedule, the stadium turned to AVI-SPL for AV integration, including sound distribution, broadcast, and closed-circuit TV systems built around Harman products such as JBL speakers, Crown amplifiers, and BSS audio processors.

AVI-SPL managed the fast-paced installation with a process-oriented approach, coordinating closely with Turner Construction and other trades to complete over 85 miles of cabling and all audio work in time for the Florida Classic deadline. The renovated, network-based system improved communication across the stadium and has since supported major events like concerts and international soccer matches, giving Citrus Bowl a flexible, easy-to-monitor AV platform.
