Business Development Bank of Canada boosts collaboration across 90% of staff with AVI-SPL

The Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) faced the challenge of fostering collaboration and a sense of belonging among its 1,100 employees in a new Montreal headquarters. AVI-SPL implemented a solution featuring Cisco video conferencing in over 80 rooms, Mersive Solstice for wireless content sharing, and Crestron control systems. The result was a highly favorable reaction from over 90% of employees, who now collaborate at a much better level with each other and with colleagues across 124 branch offices. AVI-SPL's work successfully put the customer experience at the center of the new technology-enabled environment.
