AutoCanada, a leading North American automobile dealership group, needed a fast, personal way to announce its acquisition of Chicago’s Grossinger Auto Group to 14 newly acquired dealerships. To do this, it turned to AVI-SPL and its broadcast video division, VideoLink, for live video production and webcast services.
AVI-SPL/VideoLink produced and streamed a live acquisition announcement from Chicago in just three days, handling on-site production, encoding, graphics, and crew support. The webcast ran nearly a half-hour and successfully introduced the new dealerships to AutoCanada, giving the company a clear, engaging, and well-received way to deliver its message on very short notice.
