APi Group, a St. Paul, Minnesota-based enterprise holding company with nearly 40 independently managed businesses and more than 150 locations, wanted to modernize its headquarters communications and create a more impressive, collaborative environment for meetings and client interactions. AVI-SPL equipped APi Group’s conference rooms, boardroom, lobby, training room, and other spaces with video conferencing, sound reinforcement, automated displays, and centralized control for audio, video, shading, and lighting. The result was a more flexible and productive meeting environment with better audio and video quality, fewer distractions, and less coordination effort and expense—allowing executives to meet more often across the organization instead of only quarterly.
