Adventist Health System - Customer Case Study

Adventist Health System, a faith-based healthcare organization, needed its new headquarters in Altamonte Springs, Florida, to support efficient communication across 80 locations, including hospitals and regional offices. AVI-SPL was brought in after the original integrator ran into difficulties and was asked to redesign and complete the video collaboration environment using video conferencing and control solutions.

AVI-SPL implemented a networked video system throughout the headquarters, including Cisco video conferencing, Crestron DigitalMedia, and Crestron RoomView, along with video walls, displays, projectors, and collaborative meeting spaces. The result gave Adventist Health System the ability to route content anywhere in the facility, conduct remote meetings and worship services, and support heavy day-to-day use of its video conferencing rooms, while also helping the organization study cost savings from improved communications.
