7-Eleven, the convenience store giant, needed better AV and collaboration tools for its Store Support Center in Irving, Texas so staff could communicate faster and support franchisees more effectively. The company brought in AVI-SPL to design and integrate a modern conference room environment that would help employees work efficiently and make it easy to join meetings, share content, and collaborate with remote teams.

AVI-SPL implemented standardized solutions across about 100 conference rooms, including Polycom, Skype for Business/Crestron RL2, and Crestron-controlled huddle rooms, plus an auditorium with Vaddio cameras, ClearOne microphones, Epson projectors, Planar video walls, and Crestron control and monitoring. The result was faster, simpler collaboration: staff can now launch meetings with a single button, reduce the time needed to connect with field operations from hours to minutes, and improve communication across 30-plus corporate sites.
