Proxsys, a regional service provider in the Netherlands supporting more than 200 businesses and 9,000 end users, needed a replacement for Microsoft TMG and a better way to deliver load balancing and reverse proxy services for Exchange, ADFS, RDS Gateway, SharePoint, and other customer applications. The company wanted a solution that could handle multitenant publishing, strong debugging, role-based access, self-service, and scalable virtual deployment, so it evaluated Avi Networks along with other load balancing options.

Avi Networks implemented the Avi Vantage Platform across nearly 300 backend nodes, with Service Engines distributed across multiple availability zones and VIPs injected via BGP for a unified frontend. With Avi Networks, Proxsys gained centralized management, self-service access for support staff, and deep analytics that sped troubleshooting and change deployment, reducing customer issue resolution time and enabling more agile service delivery.
