Ambiensys, developer of the GeiserBox urban waste treatment system, needed total, standards‑based supervision of its novel high‑pressure evaporation process to avoid vendor lock‑in and cut manual reporting. To meet these goals Ambiensys selected AVEVA technologies (Wonderware products) to provide an intuitive, independent control layer that could monitor every stage of the GeiserBox pretreatment cycle from a single control room.

AVEVA implemented Wonderware System Platform, InTouch HMI, Historian and industrial computers to integrate PLC data, visualize process steps and store high‑resolution history for analysis. The solution delivered centralized control and reliability—enabling operators to run GeiserBox plants with just two staff, ensuring tight process control and alerts, and supporting deployment across facilities. Measurable impacts include up to an 80% reduction in solid waste volume, capacity to process as much as 300,000 tons of waste per year, and streamlined operations with improved data-driven decision making.
