AVEVA implemented IntelaTrac across Chevron’s refineries—covering roughly 225 operator positions (over 550 daily users and several thousand report viewers)—to enable digital data capture, rules‑based workflows, and integration with process historians. The solution boosted refinery reliability, accelerated predictive maintenance, reduced training time and knowledge loss, improved regulatory compliance, and delivered an estimated $3–5 million in annual cost savings.
