Brisa Bridgestone Maximizes Operational Efficiency with Invensys Wonderware Software Solutions

Brisa Bridgestone Sabanci, a leading Turkish tire manufacturer, needed a flexible, user‑friendly system to measure machine performance, ensure correct materials and product quality, and guide operators to perform tasks in the right order. To meet these goals they partnered with AVEVA, deploying Wonderware InTouch HMI and Wonderware InTrack MEM as the core of their Shopfloor manufacturing execution project.

AVEVA implemented an integrated MES that connected machines from multiple vendors, automated parameter transfer from engineers to production, and provided a single user interface for performance tracking and event control. The solution (first machine integrated in 2006 and project completed in 2008) ensured correct materials and products, improved operator and machine performance measurement, enabled real‑time stoppage for quality issues, and gave management accurate production data for better decisions.
