Fixes driven by AVEVA data cut changeover times by up to 45 minutes (about 50%), delivered roughly a 10% increase in line efficiency, and produced annualized savings of $78,548 with payback in under one year, while enabling cross‑functional teams to make ROI‑backed capital decisions.
