Sabre Industries Seamless Supplier Management with Avetta’s Supplier-Centric and Data-Driven Solutions

Sabre Industries, a turnkey telecom construction and maintenance firm headquartered in Champaign, Illinois, struggled to manage roughly 400 subcontractors with manual processes for prequalification and regulatory documentation (MSAs, COIs, POs) and needed to outsource supplier management. Avetta implemented a supplier-centric, data-driven platform that captured safety stats (EMR, TRIR, OSHA logs), verified insurance and expirations, managed required documents and contacts, and performed audits and approvals. As a result, Sabre saw TRIR fall from 0.96 to 0.71 (2017–2019), LWCR drop from 0.31 to 0.25, DART decline from 0.49 to 0.37, a 130% increase in supplier count over two years, and direct cost savings equivalent to a full‑time employee — all credited to Avetta’s solution.
