Rassaun Services Inc., an Ontario-based contracting firm with a 50-year legacy in industrial mechanical, electrical and custom fabrication work, was overwhelmed by manual credential checks, safety compliance tracking and paper-based onboarding for a growing pool of subcontractors. To streamline supplier management, Rassaun engaged Avetta through the Contractor Upgrade Program (CUP) to gain access to the Avetta Connect platform.

Using Avetta’s CUP and the cloud-based Avetta Connect platform, Rassaun centralized prequalification, worker management and document storage, eliminating paper processes and making contractor data accessible across devices. Avetta’s solution is expected to cut time spent managing roughly 16 subcontractors by 75% (from about 120 hours/year to ~32 hours/year), reduce operational costs and allow Rassaun to focus on client acquisition, scaling and training.
