Ellery Homestyles, a global supplier of bedding, curtains and specialty window treatments founded in 1924 and selling to retailers like Walmart, Costco and Target, was struggling with error-prone, undocumented Excel-based demand planning that caused frequent stockouts and poor forecast visibility.
