NTUC First Campus (NFC), a Singapore early‑childhood education co‑operative serving 3,500 staff across 150 locations, needed to replace its six‑year‑old SharePoint 2007 intranet. The legacy CampusNet was desktop‑centric, English‑only, and offered poor search and mobile experiences, so NFC sought a cloud‑based, bilingual, mobile‑friendly SharePoint Online intranet and a migration plan that minimized business disruption and maximized adoption.
