The company needed to enforce strict governance and retention policies while reducing the number of manual provisioning, permissions, and backup tasks handled by IT.

Marquardt implemented AvePoint’s DocAve Governance Automation plus DocAve Deployment Manager and Backup & Restore to provide a self-service catalog of pre-approved templates, automate provisioning and permissions, schedule backups, and enforce archiving and recertification policies. The result: far fewer IT tickets, automated recertification and retention, item-level restores in about 10 minutes, and more IT time available for specialized work.
