H3 Solutions Gives Customers Confidence in Cloud Services by Conducting Privacy Impact Assessments with the AvePoint Privacy Impact Assessment (APIA) System

H3 Solutions, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner known for its Mobile Entrée SharePoint products, launched Mobile Entrée 365 as a cloud service and needed a clear, efficient way to prove it does not access or store customers’ sensitive data. Because previous on‑premise customers handled Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) themselves, H3 lacked internal privacy expertise and found manual PIAs too time‑consuming and error‑prone to reliably reassure cloud customers.

H3 implemented the AvePoint Privacy Impact Assessment (APIA) system, building a 30‑question PIA template and standing up an automated workflow in two weeks. APIA’s prebuilt questions, stakeholder reviews, email reminders and reporting eliminated manual errors, streamlined reviews, and produced third‑party validated reports that demonstrate compliance and give customers confidence that the cloud service does not retain personal data.
