The Alberta Urban Municipalities Association (AUMA), which represents 272 urban municipalities across Alberta, had migrated to Microsoft SharePoint (2010 and MOSS 2007) to improve file management and collaboration but faced major challenges around content restructuring, storage optimization, and limited in-house SharePoint expertise.
