Dana Petroleum simplifies meeting rooms in 3 months with AVC Immedia

Dana Petroleum, a major global oil and gas exploration operator, faced hardware and connectivity issues with its meeting rooms. The challenge was to make the rooms more user-friendly for remote participants while minimizing service disruption. They engaged vendor AVC Immedia to implement a modern audio visual solution.

AVC Immedia surveyed the offices and developed two standardized room designs to simplify installation and maintenance. A key part of the solution was replacing an old projector with a 138” LED HD video wall for detailed geological analysis. The entire project was completed on schedule within three months. The result was a simple, consistent system that users quickly adopted. AVC Immedia has since continued to work with Dana Petroleum on several other new projects.
