Enklare, a leading Swedish loan broker, faced a challenge in leveraging its large and unused data assets to drive growth. With no in-house machine learning capability or a repeatable framework for AI development, their previous efforts had not scaled. They partnered with Avaus for strategic guidance to build a systematic method for turning data into value.

Avaus implemented a strategic operating model and a composable data architecture for Enklare, which included a framework for prioritizing use cases and MLOps pipelines. This resulted in three operational machine learning models and approximately 14 mapped use cases. Most importantly, Avaus enabled Enklare to independently source, prioritize, and implement AI initiatives, establishing AI as a board-level strategic priority and de-risking their future decision-making.
