St. Tammany Parish Hospital chose Avatier’s Password Management to assist in unifying logins between two Active Directory instances

St. Tammany Parish Hospital, a non-profit medical center in Louisiana with over 1,800 employees, faced account-management problems after a cloud-record migration left staff with two unsynced IDs across two Microsoft Active Directory instances. To unify logins and reduce support overhead, the hospital selected Avatier and its Avatier Password Management solution, Password Station.

Avatier implemented Password Station (about six weeks for initial setup plus tweaks), syncing passwords across both domains and enrolling more than 1,800 users. The solution streamlined onboarding and account management, cut help-desk calls and time spent on those calls, and saved considerable time resetting dual passwords—freeing IT to focus on further improvements and additional Avatier capabilities.
