Affinion Group, a Connecticut‑based global loyalty and customer engagement company with about 4,500 employees and 22 Active Directory domains, faced entirely manual onboarding and offboarding that delayed productivity and increased security risk. Already using Avatier’s Password Management (password station), Affinion engaged Avatier to extend capabilities with Lifecycle Management, self‑service access requests and SSO tied to their AD and Talent Central HR system.

Avatier implemented Lifecycle Management with automated user provisioning, self‑service access and an Affinion‑branded SSO Launchpad synchronized with AD. The initial rollout automated the base role (about 20% of provisioning) and, when fully implemented, will automate roughly 80% of user provisioning—speeding onboarding/offboarding, reducing security and error risk, lowering help‑desk strain and improving employee productivity.
