Zobrio, a St. Louis–based provider of financial software, network infrastructure, and managed services to more than 650 local government, nonprofit, and business clients, needed to be more proactive about security and gain full visibility into each customer’s IT environment. As a long-time AVG-Avast channel partner, Zobrio turned to Avast and its Avast Business Managed Workplace RMM to address rising cyberthreats and workplace security risks.

Using Avast Business Managed Workplace, Zobrio implemented automatic network discovery, real-time alerting, inventory and performance monitoring to track hardware, warranties, and system health, enabling new service programs like Ransomware Diffusion and a Network Equipment Replacement Program. Avast’s solution helped Zobrio reduce security issues by 80% in 2017, resolve 55% of new incidents within one hour, and increase new business by 14%, while allowing Zobrio to proactively fix problems and win new clients.
