SolutionOne improves service delivery, sales, and customer experience with Managed Workplace

SolutionOne, a family-owned managed IT services provider serving clients across Nebraska, needed to strengthen sales and operations as it added network security offerings to its copier sales channel. Working with Avast, SolutionOne adopted Avast Business Managed Workplace (along with CloudCare, NOC and Help Desk services) to better position security services, generate leads, and meet customer needs.

Avast implemented Managed Workplace’s remote monitoring, standardized service plans, and security assessment tools so SolutionOne could run real-time health checks and quantify risks for customers—helping the team sell security upgrades (John Kuchta says he sold about half of covered accounts on security alone). As a result of Avast’s solution, SolutionOne improved service delivery and customer experience, signed repeat second- and third-year contracts, and gained the ability to scale effectively as a small team.
