Zones, a global technology provider selling more than 250,000 products and a broad portfolio of services, needed a modern sales platform to support aggressive growth and the onboarding of hundreds of new sellers. Its legacy CRM lacked solution-selling tools, opportunity tracking and mobile access, suffered data duplication across multiple interfaces, and an initial Dynamics CRM implementation stalled—threatening productivity and customer experience.

Avanade stepped in to re‑engineer the rollout, building Dynamics CRM 2015 Sales and Service integrated with Dynamics AX and Oracle eCommerce, embedding a new order‑management UX, and migrating over 10 million records. After a 50‑user pilot the team deployed the solution to 1,600 employees within four months, delivering a single customer view, mobile access, improved forecasting and team selling, faster order processing, simplified IT and a scalable digital foundation to support Zones’ growth.
