University Hospitals embarks on digital transformation journey with Avanade

University Hospitals partnered with Avanade to accelerate a digital transformation aimed at creating a high-performing culture, driving innovation, and boosting nurse and physician engagement. The challenge was to deliver a great user experience that would improve clinician workflows and, ultimately, the quality of patient care.

Avanade designed a mobile-friendly SharePoint intranet with persona-based interfaces, Yammer-enabled social collaboration, and targeted search tools so clinicians can quickly find task-relevant information. The solution increases employee access and engagement, improves communication and collaboration, and will help University Hospitals onboard new facilities and connect remote locations more quickly, supporting better patient outcomes.
