Theramex is an international specialty pharmaceuticals company focused on women’s health, formed after a divestiture from Teva. Faced with a strict sub‑12‑month deadline to stand up finance, HR, supply chain and inventory systems and to validate those systems to meet pharmaceutical regulatory requirements before trading, the company needed a compliant, fast-to-deploy solution and a capable implementation partner.

Theramex selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and HR Talent) and engaged Avanade to build a global template with only localized legal and fiscal changes, enabling rapid rollout while meeting Computer System Validation and other regulatory standards. The approach delivered core HR globally and live applications across 11 entities within the critical timeframe, allowing Theramex to begin trading and comply with strict pharma regulations.
