Studio 100 is a Belgium-based family entertainment company that produces TV shows, theatre, merchandise and runs six theme parks across Europe. As the business expanded globally, its decade-old on‑premises ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0) had reached end-of-life, was difficult for non-technical staff to use, and hampered real-time expense, invoicing and royalty management — limiting visibility and slowing approvals for creative teams working on location.

Avanade helped Studio 100 migrate to a cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, using an agile approach and integrating industry tools (United ERP for royalties, AXTension for invoicing and Lasernet for document management). The new solution improved accessibility for finance, procurement, sales and field teams, sped up approvals and payouts, and is scalable for acquisitions — with nearly two-thirds of the 200+ employees set to use the system, boosting operational agility, insight and cloud adoption.
