Service Corporation International (SCI) is North America’s leading provider of end-of-life arrangements, operating nearly 2,000 funeral homes and cemeteries across 45 states, eight Canadian provinces, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. To better serve grieving families and respond more quickly to customer needs, SCI needed to modernize its digital marketing and customer engagement capabilities while preserving compassionate, personalized service.
