ROM Eiendom, a leading Norwegian real estate company focused on developing property near railway stations, needed a better way to manage and share a large volume of information to support its vision of creating vibrant urban spaces. The challenge was improving collaboration, knowledge structure and access across projects, properties and departments.

Avanade implemented Dynamics CRM with real-time integration to Dynamics AX and a Property Management module, and deployed SharePoint as an integrated document and collaboration portal, plus third‑party offline sync for mobile access. The result was a single, structured repository for documents and files—tagged to properties and projects—for improved knowledge sharing and faster, on‑the‑go decision‑making by employees.
