Working with Avanade, the company deployed a SharePoint 2013–based social collaboration platform (MySite, improved search, communities and microblogs) to create a centralized knowledge hub. Early results include strong adoption (about 9,000 MySite pages), 20+ communities launched, faster expert discovery and problem resolution, improved project transparency, and a scalable foundation to extend collaboration to partners, mobile users and analytics‑driven improvements.
