Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago (FHLBC) faced a fragmented, homegrown CRM built on Access 97 and multiple business-unit systems, with no single repository for member data. Executive leadership wanted to eliminate redundancy, reduce complexity and automate manual tasks to create a single, organization-wide source of accurate member information and improve workforce efficiency.

Avanade developed a desktop deployment roadmap and handled desktop engineering, application remediation and infrastructure readiness to roll out over 300 applications to 6,000 desktops, plus cloud hosting with 24x7 support and SharePoint 2010 integration. The new CRM delivers a single view of members, real-time information for employees, faster decision-making, fewer call-backs, increased customer insight and improved customer service.
