JTC Corporation is Singapore’s lead agency for industrial land and infrastructure development, responsible for optimizing scarce land to support industry transformation. Facing complex property-management processes and a strategic push to leverage technology, JTC sought a mobile solution to make on-site inspections faster, simpler and more productive.

Avanade delivered an integrated iPad Mobile Inspection App—built on the Microsoft platform with Xamarin and rolled out in six months—that centralizes plans, notes and photos so inspectors capture data on-site instead of duplicating work back at the office. The app sped up inspections, enabled remote checks, improved tenant service and supported JTC’s Work-Redesign initiative, delivering an estimated 1,500 man-hours saved per year.
