Avanade assessed and modernized Manutencoop’s application landscape, implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM (sales automation, budgeting, B2C mobile orders and tender management), a supplier portal and a new intranet, plus ongoing application maintenance and integrations. The program automated monitoring and governance, improved CRM downstream integration and user adoption, boosted employee productivity, reduced costs and enhanced customer and supplier services, while positioning Manutencoop to extend workflows and finance/bidding applications using SharePoint.
