Accenture and Avanade built a cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics CRM using Avanade’s Advanced Marketing Solution that integrated with the policy system and email tools, enabling “mature marketing” driven by customer engagement; the pilot ran in three countries and was then rolled out to 34. The deployment delivered faster, targeted multi-channel campaigns, higher response and conversion rates, better cross-selling, improved agent productivity and customer service, and put the firm on track to double revenues in three years.
