A large, multi-national financial services holding company wanted a world-class, cost-effective innovation and development center to accelerate its capital markets and financial-services initiatives. In six months Avanade designed, built and opened a Center of Excellence, sourcing 30% of the overall hires (75 engineering consultants) and managing recruiting, training and CoE operations. The center has boosted digital innovation, delivered strategic programs in trade capture, risk, pricing, regulatory and market data, and become a primary IT delivery hub—enabling faster, lower-cost software launches.
