CMC builds a roadmap for increased employee engagement and collaboration

Cabot Microelectronics Corporation (CMC), a global supplier of chemical mechanical planarization products to the semiconductor industry, faced a fragmented workplace where employees relied on inboxes, desktop shortcuts and manually merged network shares that created version conflicts, inconsistent customer histories and slow onboarding.
