Avanade built a new .NET-based meeting-management system with a rich UI, workflow automation, Lotus Notes calendar integration and offline laptop synchronization; the first release went live in three months and the full solution was delivered within a year. The platform improved KPI tracking and reporting, reduced manual interventions, required only one day’s training, enabled easier upgrades and licensing savings, and gave CACEIS CT the capacity and reliability to handle more AGMs while lowering costs and improving customer satisfaction.
