Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) is the only bank devoted exclusively to entrepreneurs, with 118 business centers across the country. Wanting to boost collaboration, productivity and growth, BDC set out to implement a new cloud-based digital workplace platform.

BDC partnered with Avanade to deploy Microsoft Office 365 — including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Office ProPlus and a SharePoint Online Team Sites design — and migrated 3,200 mailboxes to the new system. The rollout streamlined internal workflows and improved the speed and efficiency of day-to-day operations.
