Baxi’s challenge was to get closer to homeowners and installers by delivering richer, more personalized experiences across all digital channels.
Avanade’s UK Digital Studio is delivering an omnichannel strategy using human-centered design and Sitecore-based digital marketing solutions, starting with a refresh of Baxi’s main website to improve accessibility, mobile responsiveness, content management and real-time journey tracking. The work is designed to increase engagement and loyalty, differentiate Baxi from competitors, and accelerate its broader digital transformation roadmap.
