Avanade partners with Microsoft FastTrack to support faster, seamless deployment of Microsoft 365 for clients worldwide

Avanade, a Microsoft-founded, global provider of digital and cloud services, partnered with Microsoft to address a common challenge: many organizations had purchased Microsoft 365 but stalled on deployment due to perceived cost, complexity and limited internal skills. Microsoft needed experienced partners to scale FastTrack and help customers move to the cloud faster and more seamlessly.

Avanade co‑developed and delivered a partner-led FastTrack model—using standardized, repeatable processes, business-facing consultants and global deployment expertise—to accelerate migrations across Exchange, SharePoint and Skype for Business. The engagement helped activate more than 750,000 Microsoft 365 users (about one-third of partner-delivered FastTrack activations), improved customer satisfaction and increased adoption of additional cloud services while lowering deployment costs.
