Avanade implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX (integrated with FIIG’s existing Dynamics CRM) using its RapidResults reference models and cloud‑based development environment, minimizing customisation and deployment time. The new platform delivers real‑time visibility into capital and transactions, with 100% of daily trading transactions fed automatically, 63% of primary trading account transactions auto‑receipted, faster month‑end closes and reconciliations, and reconciliation staff saving about an hour per day—enabling better decision‑making, fewer errors and greater self‑service reporting.
