Avanade delivers advanced infrastructure training to Swedish county council

Region Halland, a county council in southwest Sweden responsible for healthcare and regional development, supports about 11,000 Active Directory users but felt they weren’t using the system effectively and had concerns about high availability, disaster recovery, software recovery and group policies.

Avanade delivered a three-day advanced infrastructure training workshop with course materials, classroom instruction and hands-on labs. The council’s IT team gained practical skills, tested them in lab settings and applied them confidently to the live environment, resulting in a stronger understanding of Active Directory, fewer problems, faster troubleshooting and better use of available tools.
