Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN) is a Singapore-based non-profit network of nearly 500 funders and partners that supports philanthropy and social investment across Asia. As the organization grew, its legacy CRM struggled to provide a consolidated 360-degree view, required manual data pulls and reporting, and suffered from limited licenses and low employee adoption, so AVPN sought a cloud strategy and guidance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 to better support operations and engagement.

Avanade ran a multi-day, cross-functional assessment and delivered a two-week Dynamics 365 transformation blueprint that outlined implementation and integration steps. The report highlighted benefits such as scalability, a single source of truth, improved reporting and analytics, and higher employee adoption—concluding that Dynamics 365 is a viable platform to streamline processes, boost engagement, and support AVPN’s future growth.
