Avanade and Accenture consolidated 50 websites into a single Sitecore platform on Microsoft Azure, migrated self-service features, enabled responsive/mobile access and social sign-on, and integrated Smart Meter data via an SAP layer — all delivered with an Agile approach. The new site increased homepage-to-energy-plan click-throughs by 47%, mobile conversions by 29%, and page load speeds by up to 40%, won industry awards, and boosted customer engagement, retention and acquisition.
