Finanz Informatik Technologie Service (FI‑TS), an IT‑services subsidiary serving major German financial institutions, needed a flexible, easy‑to‑use CRM to provide a single view of the customer across sales, service, complaints management and marketing while enforcing a detailed, role‑based security model. Their existing sales CRM could not meet growing requirements and FI‑TS sought a rapid migration and partner to deliver a scalable, centrally managed solution.
Working with Avanade, FI‑TS implemented and customised Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, replacing the legacy system and migrating data so sales, marketing and complaints teams were live within three months. The Outlook‑style interface and tailored configuration drove high user acceptance and minimal training; teams now share unified customer records, run comprehensive reports, and enforce strict access controls to meet compliance needs, with plans to expand the system into other divisions.
