Cengage launches a multi-language learning platform in 9 months with Avallain

National Geographic Learning, a part of Cengage, required a scalable learning platform and a powerful authoring tool to provide digital educational services for primary-level English learners. Their challenge was to migrate from legacy systems and create an engaging, multi-language user experience. They partnered with vendor Avallain to use Avallain Author and Avallain Unity architecture.

Avallain implemented a flexible platform with an intuitive authoring tool, enabling the creation of highly interactive and gamified content. The solution resulted in the rapid development of nearly 30,000 pieces of content and 40 classroom presentation tools. The platform's success was recognized with a 2020 SIIA Codie Award and it now supports a growing global user base.
