AUX Studio was engaged by LifeCheq, a South African fintech startup, to design a customer portal. The challenge was to understand the diverse customer context and needs in order to build a portal that would be useful, convenient, and a pleasure for young professionals to use for their financial planning.

The solution implemented by AUX Studio involved conducting workshops to map customer journeys and building a scalable digital design system based on the existing LifeCheq brand. This meticulous approach ensured a user-centered, on-brand interface and improved the handover to development, empowering the LifeCheq team with the tools for ongoing product development. The final results of the user experience design were scheduled to be available to customers in Q4 2020.
