Exploring and Executing Automation for Innovation in Legal Services

Burges Salmon, an independent UK law firm, sought to explore innovative technology to improve client service and internal efficiency. As part of its annual 'B-Innovative Week', the firm challenged a group of its trainees to develop prototype automations using the AUTTO no-code automation platform to address routine processes.

The trainees used AUTTO to quickly build a variety of working applications, including tools for automating client intake paperwork, generating legal documents, and streamlining internal workflows. The no-code platform allowed them to create these solutions without any technical background. AUTTO’s implementation was highly successful, demonstrating the potential to significantly improve efficiency, free up lawyer time from administrative tasks, and provide clearer, faster service to clients.
