The company mandated a unified platform so staff could access data and manage projects, financials, and tickets from a single location without bouncing between systems.
Synoptek selected Autotask, deploying Autotask Endpoint Management integrated with Autotask PSA (July–December 2017) and converting more than 20,000 endpoints with hands-on support from Autotask’s professional services. The consolidation created unified dashboards and automated ticketing workflows, and Synoptek anticipates at least a 30% efficiency gain while standardizing the platform for future acquisitions.
